A cozy living area with an open fireplace and an oak table under the vault invite you to relax. A modern kitchen with all the necessary appliances makes it possible to enjoy the culinary delights of our region. In the basement you will also find a shower and 1 toilet. On the sunny upper floor there is the bedroom with a double bed as well as another toilet and a washbasin.
The outdoor area is equipped with garden furniture and deck chairs. The absolute quiet location and the old fruit trees offer the opportunity to enjoy nature at any time of the day or night.
Dogs are very welcome at KLEINOD. The completely fenced 800 m2 garden offers your four-legged friends absolute safety and freedom.
